Fireside Cigar serves cigar lovers with a comfortable, relaxing, and refined lounge complete with several distinct seating areas, including luxury seating surrounding a unique 6ft fireplace, an enclave for small meetings and private conversations, two bars/workstations, outdoor sidewalk seating, and more. Founded by a knowledgeable veteran cigar sales rep, and a few other seasoned cigar lovers, Fireside was established with you in mind.

Our Story
There is something about a fire and a cigar that naturally brings out great conversation. For many years I’ve dreamed of creating a place where people who love premium cigars can gather together to find and build community. Out of that dream, Fireside Cigar was born.
I’ve always enjoyed a great cigar, but my passion for the cigar industry grew during my time at Ashton Cigar. I learned about the cigar retail business while working at Ashton’s flagship retail store in Philadelphia, PA. After my time in Philadelphia I moved here to the Kansas City area with my wife, Sandi, to become a Territory Manager for Ashton throughout the Central Midwest. I am passionate about cigars and love introducing others to the industry. Stop in to the store and I’ll welcome the chance to help you find your next great cigar!

Our Vision
Fireside Cigar was created with you in mind. Our vision was and continues to be focused on building community. Cigars are one of the few things in this busy world that forces you to sit down and live in the moment. Living in that moment brings about conversation with strangers who share a common interest. Many times the paths of those people would have never crossed. Watching those initial conversations blossom into friendships is what Fireside Cigar is all about.
Our Staff
All of our staff at Fireside Cigar goes through an extensive training proccess once hired. All of our staff are currently Certified Retail Tobacconist or are working towards their certification. We believe that a well trained staff is vital to providing you a great experience in the humidor and hospitality while you enjoy your purchase in our lounge.

The interior design is classy and comfortable. One thing I liked is that a big exterior door/window was rolled open and allowed fresh air inside on a nice day. You know any lounge that has portraits of Zino Davidoff and José Orlando Padrón hanging on the wall is going to be legit.
